Today was a great day for remembering Martin Luther King Jr., but I think since it's also the birthday of Richard Winters from Easy Company, a special salute should go out to him as well. If you've seen Band of Brothers, I think you'd agree with me.
Even the opening to this series gets me very emotional and grateful for what he and those soldiers went through, so I wish him a happy 90th birthday today and a very heartfelt thank you.
